The employees were exceptionally nice. The room was fine. Bed was comfortable enough, it would have been good to have more than one thin cover on the bed. Blackout curtains are dark enough to sleep in the daytime. Refrigerator is good sized. Door was secure.
I was here maybe like three days ago and I love it here. It’s very clean. It’s really quiet. I have no problems the older lady at the front desk in the morning the Spanish lady she’s really nice. So I definitely be back hopefully soon.
All the staff is amazing specially the mananger Daniella mylene and all the crew. The rooms are really big and the opportunity to have all the appliances make a big difference. We are really happy… l will recommend this place 100 %. Juan C Buenaventura.

Soo, I stayed here for a few days, and it was, and it's not the best hotel in Miami, but I can't complain too much because the service was , I loved almost every single worker there, especially Angie, such a sweet girl. But y'all need to fix those rooms a little bit.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot say enough good things about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Everyone was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Manager was fantastic. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere that made us feel right at home.
